We assume you are whole and not “broken”, you are not a patient or in need of fixing. Our role is to help you make positive and sustainable changes in your life and we do that by working in a professional partnership through our online workshops or one to one coaching.
The people we work with are at the heart of everything we do. That means ensuring they feel safe, they are heard, they are treated fairly, with respect and dignity and in return we work with integrity and openness. We believe we have no health without our mental health, just like our physical health, our mental health can be anywhere on a spectrum from excellent to unwell.
All of our services use a combination of coaching and personal development tools and techniques to help manage and overcome the challenges of poor mental health, anxiety and low or no confidence. We are also passionate about challenging stigma in talking about and addressing mental health, particularly in the workplace.
Anyone facing mental health challenges should have access to coaching, regardless of their personal circumstances. So, we see ourselves as part of the solution to the growing mental health crisis. Our expert team of coaches and trainers are warm, welcoming, deliberately informal and non-judgmental.
