Confidence for Change Programme

Confidence for Change is Illuminate’s group coaching course


Created and developed by Sam and Maria to fundamentally build self-confidence, strengthen self-belief and bring about fundamental positive change in participants' lives.


This unique course is currently four days, one day a week. It delivers outcomes of increased self-confidence, motivation and resilience, by creating fundamental psychological change. The content covers communicating confidently, steps to build confidence, managing fear and anxiety, resilience, overcoming procrastination, identifying strengths and what's important, understanding limiting beliefs and the gaining the motivation to set goals. Finally on day four establishing a clear way forward with a plan of action. 


Once the course has finished graduates are invited to the Illuminate Community Group. A weekly meeting providing ongoing support as people pursue their goals.


We ensure our courses and workshops are relaxed, informal and jargon free. We do not use role-play and no one is put on the spot or asked to do a presentation. 


A warm welcome and supportive environment is our priority, this shows in our high retention rates and feedback.

We will be touring Cambridgeshire with our four day Confidence for Change programme throughout the year. 


Regular coaching sessions are on offer, at a venue in Cambridge however we also use Skype, it's easy and free to download. So if distance and travel is an issue contact us for more information.
