Prior to COVID, we offered Confidence for Change, our unique four-day course based on the coaching model of learning and development, which is different from therapeutic approaches or counselling. The course focused on building self-confidence and strengthening self-belief at a fundamental level, enabling people to make productive changes in their lives. This includes getting closer to work, volunteering and managing anxiety and mental health.
Since March 2020 we have moved our courses online into shorter bitesized sessions, The principles and content of Confidence for Change have now been adapted for the online modules, so the benefits of the course are still realised but in a different format.
We have a series of online training sessions using Zoom, lead by a trainer, with topics taken from our four-day Confidence for Change course. All sessions are interactive and informal. You can attend all sessions or just individual ones. However, we do recommend that you try and attend Part 1 to 3 as a group, to get the most out of them, but it is not essential.
