Since March 2020, we have moved all our support online and anticipate this will be the situation for the foreseable future.
Prior to COVID, we offered Confidence for Change, our unique four-day course based on the coaching model of learning and development, which is different from therapeutic approaches or counselling. The course focused on building self-confidence and strengthening self-belief at a fundamental level, enabling people to make productive changes in their lives. This includes getting closer to work, volunteering and managing anxiety and mental health.
We are now running short bitesized sessions online each month, capturing the principles and content of Confidence for Change, so the benefits of the course are still realised but in a different format.
Please find below our current sessions. All are interactive and informal. You can attend all sessions or just individual ones. However, we do recommend that you try and attend Part 1 to 3 as a group, to get the most out of them, but it is not essential. All sessions are repeated each month, as funding allows, so you can spread out attendance.
