COURSE OVERVIEW

Join Maria for an enjoyable morning to remind you or introduce you to the fundamentals of building self-confidence without having to change your personality or be someone you are not.

 

Maria will take you through step by step and cover topics such as managing self-doubt, body language, introvert and extrovert myths and mindset. This is a practical session with techniques you can use straight away, there will be a break half-way plus time for questions and discussion.
