COURSE OVERVIEW

 

This course qualifies participants as a Mental Health First Aider, as accredited by Mental Health First Aid England. Participants will gain:- 

• An indepth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing.
• Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
• Confidence to reassure and support a person in distress.
• Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support.

The price includes all materials and the course will be delivered by Jeremy Gulvin. The venue is the Novotel Stevenage.
