Latest News Illuminate is proud to announce that we have been awarded five years funding from the Big Lottery Fund. This is a major milestone for the charity, especially in our fifth year. There's still a long way to go, however the Big Lottery funding will give us some much needed security and allow us to grow.

Illuminate is a registered charity providing subsidised coaching and personal development to individuals and groups throughout the East of England.
Based in Cambridge, we help the unemployed and those on a minimal income to rebuild their confidence, enabling them to make sustainable changes to improve their lives for the better.
Confidence for Change
Confidence for Change is our unique and highly flexible training programme. With integrated coaching, the programme focuses on raising confidence and self-esteem, enabling participants to identify opportunities and make positive choices in a challenging, but warm and uplifting, atmosphere.
