It is great news to hear the life coaching sessions have made such an immediate difference to the ten people who attended the course. The feedback we have had is that all ten people had a renewed sense of belief in themselves a feeling that they were capable of making a difference. It goes to show how restoring confidence and building self esteem can change lives for the better. I wish those who have benefited from the Illuminate sessions all the best in the future and hope we can work with the charity again to help others achieve their goals.
