Mental Health First Aid

 

1. Mental Health First Aid 2 day course

We are delivering the updated MHFA course that offers exclusive access to the MHFA support and benefits app. This offers 24/7 support including resources, quarterly webinars, signposting database and text support via Shout.

 

This means qualified MHFAiders are not alone they are joining a large community offering a lifetime of learning and support.

 

The course is an in-depth look at mental health, the factors that trigger mental ill health and the practical skills needed. MHFAiders are essential in maintaining wellbeing in the workplace and we believe everyone can learn these skills.

 

Workplace course

Delivered for your organisation, up to 16 employees £2,399 per course

All employees completing the course will receive the MHFA workbook, and certificate plus have exclusive access to the MHFA Support and benefits app.

 

As a not-for-profit, there is no VAT on prices

 

Open course

Book individual places at £289 per person

Become an accredited Mental Health First Aider and you will gain:- 

 

  • An indepth understanding of mental health and the factors that affect wellbeing.
  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues.
  • Confidence to reassure and support a person in distress.

2. MHFA Champions course 

A shorter online or one day course that focuses mainly on anxiety, depression and stress. It will give you the skills to spot the signs and support positive wellbeing.

 

This is best suited for managers and HR professionals and is for organisations only in-house and for up to 16 employees.

 

Everyone completing the course receives a manual and certificate of attendance.

 

Delivered into your organisation for up to 16 employees £1,450 per course

As a not-for-profit, there is no VAT 

 

 

3. Wellbeing Practitioners Network 

For employees who completed their MHFA or have taken on the role of Wellbeing Lead/Champion at work. We offer facilitated practitioner meetings providing professional support, continued learning and sharing of best practices.

 

The network provides: -

  • mutual support, sharing best practice and learning
  • personal and professional development
  • develop expertise for the organisation 

We can deliver and facilitate all meetings or use us on a consultancy basis.
