Dear friends and colleagues

We're still here and survived the freezing cold and the snow! Sometimes it feel like a very long road to grow Illuminate and reach more people.

And the good news we really are getting there … baby steps!

We are already into 2012 so here's a short update on our work as we know it's been sometime since we've been in touch.

Sam and I have just finished delivering another Life Coaching Programme at Cambridge Women's Resource Centre. This time it was a 5 day course - one day a week for 5 weeks. Once again our evaluations showed that all the participants experienced an increase in confidence and really enjoyed the course.

So big thank you to CWRC and the 10 amazing women who participated!

Illuminate Mentors are here!

We have recruited 5 wonderful champions of Illuminate – Anna, Sue, Martin, Lijana and Caroline.

All of us have been working together closely over the past months and their input into our social networking and Illuminate in general has been invaluable. They'll be regulars on our Facebook page and popping up on our workshops and programmes.

Our next Life Coaching Programme ...

We have received funding from East Cambs District Council to run a similar programme to CWRC above but this time in Littleport (village near Ely), we have found a lovely venue called e - space North - http://www.espaceely.com/north/location

The course will run every Wednesday in May - May 2nd through to and including May 30th, it's another 5 day programme for those who are really looking to start making changes in their lives and it's free. We'll start advertising in March and April but if you know anyone who lives in the Ely or Littleport area who would be interested please tell them to get in touch with us. More information will be out soon as we start to advertise and recruit.

There are only 10 places available and open to men and women.

**News just in**- one to one coaching money

We are waiting final approval but have just heard we have been awarded funding to offer one to one coaching from April 2012. This is good news, as we are always being asked about this aspect of our work. Keep an eye on Facebook and your inbox we'll be sending out details soon.
