Managing Change and Taking Care; Monday 14th Dec. 12.00 to 12.45

In this live interactive workshop, we'll be looking at the many changes we have faced over the months that will have impacted on our wellbeing. We will look at how change affects us psychologically and emotionally so we can understand and draw on activities that help us take care of ourselves and others supporting our resilience.

Maria has over 20 years of experience in training, mentoring and coaching. She is qualified with post-graduate degrees in Social Work specialising in mental health and Business Coaching. In 2008 she met Sam Greenley and Illuminate was created, together they manage the charity and now have a team of associate coaches and trainers delivering online workshops and specialist coaching.
