Illuminate Charity - Who we are

Illuminate’s managers are Sam Greenley and Maria Varallo.

Sam and Maria met at a Cambridge coaching event twelve years ago and bonded over their desire to bring coaching techniques into the not-for-profit sector. They believe high quality and effective coaching and training courses should be available to all.

Both are qualified and accredited coaches with personal experience of running a business.

Together they manage Illuminate with the backing of a highly committed team of trustees.
